Shipping Policy

Order Cancellations for regular priced items: Orders can only be cancelled within a 24-hour window after ordering. After this window, we are unable to cancel the order. 

Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL. 

Processing times are 14 business days. Shipping typically takes 6 months in business days. Please note that delays can occasionally happen, which may alter these estimated timeframes.

Lost or Stolen Packages We do not cover lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping provider/3PL directly to file a claim.
